At LoveDoc, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our mobile application ("App") and related services.

By using LoveDoc, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including:

• Usage Information: Details of your visits to our App, including logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the App.
• Chat Information: Content of your personal chats with our AI assistant and couples chats shared with your partner.
• Daily Check-In Data: Information you provide in the Daily Check-In feature about your relationship and emotional well-being.

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you create an account, fill out forms in the App, or communicate with our AI assistant.
• Automatically as you navigate through the App, using different metrics, analytics, and other forms of data collection.
• From third-party services that you authorize to interact with our App, such as Apple or Google accounts used for sign-in.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

• To provide you with the App and its contents, including the AI relationship coaching features.
• To personalize and improve your experience with the App.
• To provide you with notices about your account and subscription.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
• To notify you about changes to our App or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App.
• To improve our AI coaching systems and algorithms.
• For any other purpose with your consent.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoveDoc, our customers, or others.

For Couples Chat: If you use our Couples Chat feature, messages you send will be visible to your partner with whom you have connected in the App.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about keeping your password confidential and not sharing sensitive information in public areas of the App.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.

You can also send us an email at privacy@lovedocapp.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your messages within the App, copies of your messages may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been saved by your chat partner in the case of Couples Chat.

The App is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and notify you through a notice on the App's main page.

The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
